and Sons are committed to staff training. All our operatives, from
office staff to senior management, are involved in everything from
one to one equipment training to team refreshers in asbestos removal
and latest demolition techniques. Medical surveillance is also imperative
to the safety of our operatives when working with hazardous substances.
Whilst appropriate qualifications are required by the Company before
employment, it is not accepted that training will cease for that
employee. It is the policy of this Company that all employees continue
training during the course of their employment by various methods
ranging from attending residential courses to “tool-box-talks”. |
